The TK90 represents over 40 years of wetsuit development. Our Espan Extend neoprene material is one of the most flexible neoprenes ever created. The Superflex 3 panel layout has been refined to offer the greatest freedom of movement for high performance surfing. For 2009 we have even added our heating system to the 4/3 model creating one of the best wetsuits we’ve ever made.

WATER REPELLENT COATING WRC ensures that the neoprene in the top of the suit doesn’t hold water. This makes it incredibly light to wear and significantly warmer. |

ESPAN EXTEND NEOPRENE We use a combination of Espan Extend and Superstretch neoprene, with 100% stretch for unrivalled performance, and Superlite neoprene, creating a lighter suit and ensuring greater freedom of movement. |

ULTRASEAL BACK SYSTEM The Ultraseal back system stops the problem of cold water entering the warm interior of your wetsuit by creating a secondary barrier behind the zip. |

SLICK SEALS Slick seals keep cold water out and warm water in. Also provides effective prevention against neoprene fatigue in the cuff and ankles. |

GLIDESKIN OVERLOCKING COLLAR A glideskin collar creates a smooth, rub-free surface increasing comfort level and improving the seal. |

SEALED SEAMS Sealed seams prevent water penetration through seams, retaining interior warmth for longer |

GLUED AND BLINDSTITCHED In this process, the needle does not pass all the way through the neoprene, reducing the chance of water penetration. |

HOLLOW FIBRE LINED Soft wool like linings wick away moisture and increase insulation. Kept to core panels so as not to restrict movement. |
