Tiki Online will despatch your order within 5 working days subject to stock level availability, any problems or delays we will contact you regarding your order.
All are delivery quotes are based on working weekdays i.e Monday - Friday ( excluding Bank Holidays ). Orders have to be in before 12:00pm that day or the order will go out the following day.
The normal post option normally takes 2-5 working days (Monday - Friday). If you live in a far away location in the UK and Ireland please allow an extra couple of days for delivery. We use Parcel Force and Royal Mail recorded delivery for our depatches of parcels and for surfboards we use Nightfreight. Delivery usually takes at least 2-5 working days excluding Saturdays and Sundays.
Orders are despatched with Parcelforce and can be tracked at www.parcelforce.com Standard delivery orders are despatched through Royal Mail www.royalmail.com for Nightfreight go to www.nightfreight.co.uk . All are parcels will require a signature on receipt. Please ensure that someone is present at the delivery address to sign for the order.
Please note we cannot accept next day deliveries to the following areas Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Channels Islands and the Isle of Scilly we can only offer the a 3 - 10 working day delivery which will be charged at the rates that apply. Please ensure you are happy with the delivery option when ordering.
We reserve the right to change these delivery prices without prior notice.
** Please note if you are not availbale to recieve your surfboard delivery there will be an extra charge of £6
Returns
Tiki Online will endeavour to supply only the highest quality products and believe you will be delighted with your choices. If there is any problem with your purchase there are procedures to follow in returning your item(s).
If you wish to return an item we advise you first obtain a returns number - you can do this by phoning us on 0044 (0)1271 815757 or e-mail orders@tikisurf.co.uk -this will help in keeping track of your returns during the refund or exchange process. The returns number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package and sent back to us see address below. All goods when returned must have a copy of the reciept included in the package.
If your product(s) are faulty please send them back to us and we will endevour to send out a replacement product or give you a full refund which will include your return postgae costs.
For exchanges or refunds of any item(s) they must be returned within 14 working day's. You the consumer have the right to cancel your order within seven working days for most goods and services. This period runs from the day the contract was concluded for the services, and from the day after the day of delvery for goods.
Returned postal charges will apply to exchanges or refunds of item(s), we will only refund the postage if the garment is faulty or damaged in delivery. This does not affect your statuory rights.You will be responsible for the item or item's until they reach us and for more valuable goods we recommend you use a insured delivery service for peace of mind.
In the rare case a product is ordered and is found later to be out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible and cancel your order and refund any money that has been taken.
